We are a privately owned, AHCA licensed, Medicare certified, CHAP Accredited and insured Home Health Agency. We know how important it is to manage every aspect of patient care, from the patient's needs to the physician's recommendations. That's why every service we provide is supervised by our professionals and administered from the initial consultation to recovery or treatment completion.
It is the policy of Dial 4 Care that home health services shall be available and shall be rendered to the total population of Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties, regardless of the recipient's race, sexual orientation, religion, age sex, disabilities, and ethnic/cultural background, or national origin.
